I am writing because my telephone is not working.
Could you please send a technician to repair the phoneASAP?
The problem is that I have no dialling tone.
The phone was OK yesterday but the problem started this morning.
My location is workstation 69.
Could you please send me written confirmation when the telephone is repaired.
